Terms of Service

These terms explain how eVendor (evendor.shop) works and what we expect from everyone who uses it. eVendor is a product of IC MKT Agency, a subsidiary of LAskill Digital Services Limited (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using a store built with eVendor, you agree to these terms.

1. What eVendor does

eVendor lets businesses create an online store, show their products and receive orders from customers on WhatsApp and by email. eVendor is not a party to sales between a store and its customers. Each store owner is responsible for their products, prices, delivery, refunds and customer service.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old and give accurate details. Keep your password safe. You are responsible for everything that happens in your account. Tell us straight away at support@evendor.shop if you think someone else has used it.

3. What you can sell

You may only sell legal products that you have the right to sell. You may not use eVendor for counterfeit goods, weapons, drugs, adult content, stolen goods, scams, or anything that breaks the law where you or your customers are. We may suspend or remove any store that breaks these rules or that receives serious reports, with or without notice.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the photos, names and descriptions you upload. You give us permission to store and display them so your store works, and to show your store as an example on evendor.shop. You confirm you have the right to use everything you upload.

5. Plans and payments

New stores get a free trial of the Growth plan. After the trial, stores move to the free Starter plan unless the owner chooses a paid plan. Paid plans are paid for a month or a year at a time, in US dollars, through our payment partner Flutterwave. There are no automatic renewals. Prices may change, but a change never affects time you have already paid for. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

6. Referral credit

When a business you invite pays for a plan or setup, you may earn eVendor credit as shown in your dashboard. Credit has no cash value until a payout is approved. We may cancel credit that comes from self referrals, fake accounts or abuse.

7. Availability

We work hard to keep eVendor online and secure, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may improve, change or remove features over time.

8. Limits of our responsibility

eVendor is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for lost sales, lost profits, or disputes between stores and their customers. Our total responsibility to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Ending your account

You can stop using eVendor at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may close accounts that break these terms.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms. When we make important changes we will tell you by email or in your dashboard. Questions? Email support@evendor.shop.
